Return & Exchange Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: This policy applies to items that are physically damaged, have missing parts or accessories, or are different from their description on the product detail page.

  2. Timeline: You can return or exchange a defective item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  3. Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in the following condition:

    • Unused: The item should not have been used.

    • Original Tags: Ensure that the original tags are intact.

    • Packaging: Keep the packaging bag intact.

  4. Procedure:

    • Return: If you receive a defective item, contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.

    • Exchange: For multiple item exchanges, submit separate requests for each item, specifying the preferred size and color.

    • Exchange Case Shipping Charges Applicable (Pay) For Customer Site.

    • Only Return & Exchange Defective Product.
